I had bought a Groupon for this place hoping for a quick spa day. I don't even know where to start. I am convinced all the masseuses are unlicensed. My entire back and legs are bruised. Not only that, when I arrived no one asked me if I was allergic to any products (I'm not thank goodness), I was brought to a very odd room but didn't want to leave and lose out on my 50$ Groupon, and to top it off, was asked if I'm interested in a "happy ending" to my massage. Excuse me, what? If I could have I would have gotten up and left but I was so shocked I froze. I have been getting massages for the past 8 years frequently, never have I been bruised to the point I have to ice my back and legs. Also, there are TVs in each room with security footage, which looking back now just makes me laugh because that should have been a red flag but I saw it on my way out. The absolute worst spa experience ever. They are lucky I did not call police. Worst massage ever. Girl kept leaving room to go answer phone...go to the bathroom...help customers walking in...she tried to upsell everything ...aggresively...very aggressive. Insisting I get services i didn't want or need. She wanted to even remove my freckles for $20 a freckle...when it was time to pay she said I had to pay cash...no credit cards accepted... When I gave her a small tip because she didn't even deserve to get paid for the service she started cursing and yelling at me...followed me to parking lot yelling. I had left my cell in the car. If i had it on me I would have called 911 because I thought she was going to assault me. This place is horrible!!!..deserves zero stars .
Susan did my massage and facial. She did a great job on my tense shoulders and neck. She had great pressure and always asked if it was ok. I liked The facial too but the massage was my favorite. She did upsell but when I declined the other services she did not push it. I am definitely going back.
What excellent service... massage for my wife and myself was done by Mendy and Susan did my facial and back massage. Hailey did my wife's facial. We will definitely be going back. Very kind and understanding. We were running late and they still took us with no issues and they were pleasant about it. Thank you so much for your services. Can't wait to come back. Highly recommend this place.
I do not know how anyone could ever return after their first visit. My friend and I had a horrible experience there the other day. We both had horrible breakouts after our first visit and the girls who did our facial never stop selling extra service to us from the secnond they met us. We ended up adding extra service which costs $50 each. Then the owner started selling me the new technology of tattooing eyebrows. In order to convince me, she actually shave one side of my eyebrow and draw my eyebrows with a pen just to show me how it is going to look like without telling me that she was going to shaving my eyebrows completely. I thought she was trying to make a better shape of my eyebrows!!!!! Then, they started pushing us for packages that cost 800,900!!!!!! Are you kidding me!!!!! The message on my shoulder during the facial was so bad that I could not even lift up my arms the next day!!! A good massage should not make you feel that way!!! Never going back there again!!!
